Wendy's - Sarasota

I can't say enough about this load. except we visit these special wendys almost every night. great staff, they know our order as soon as we start ordering. I love you!

Visit this place probably too often. The service is always timely. Reliable specialties. Excellent representation of Sarasota. Always order correctly. Even an employee diagnosed a car problem while I was thru window in the drive. Talk above and beyond.

I love Wendy's, don't go often, but as always food was good, like the service. This particular location is quite dated and could use a redesign.

Loves the Taco salad. But wished they went back to the original Taco dressing. The salad is to cut vinegar for me mixed with the acid cream. Otherwise. It's my favorite food

The store was very clean and well organized. The food was delicious and I really love the Dave's orange cream. The staff member who took my order was extremely polite and her manager even convinced me to add a cookie to my order. There does seem to be an issue with the interaction between staff and management. I was at the establishment for quite some time and it just seemed like management was setting the staff up to fail and then ripping them a new one in front of everyone. I'm not sure if the man was the manager but he kept giving orders to the female employees and then screaming at them. Then he would start over. Definitely had some control issues.
