Casa Mencia - Santo Domingo

Good place, very good service. I gave it 3 starts just because food wasn't that special to me. Nothing to remember. But this is just my view, the place was full and pleople seemed to enjoy it. Would not go back.

Excellent Spanish restaurant with excellent custo he service. the salmon star and the biqueri it was a great appetizer. we had a seafood fideua and three dorada all great. weinkarte is also good. highly recommended.
