Mcdonald's Las Colinas

The McDonald's restaurant was extremely clean, served delicious food, and provided excellent customer service.

The customer service at this restaurant is awful and the food is terrible. The potatoes were hard and the sandwich was too spicy. I ordered two Happy Boxes for my 4 and 6 year old daughters and was shocked to see that they came with soda. I have never given my girls soda before. I was surprised because McDonald's in the USA never includes soda in a Happy Meal.

The food was delicious. They brought my food to me right after I placed my order.

Seems pretty clean. Obviously this is not a healthy place to eat by any stretch of the imagination but everyone knows that. The prices seemed to be 1/3 higher than then ones near me in the U.S.. I got a chicken snack wrap and the lettuce tasted old, but that happens in the U.S. as well. They have plantain with their breakfast which is incorporating local food. They dont have all the things(especially off the menu things) that you can order in the U.S. It has to be on the menu. They do have wifi which is nice. The staff are nice, but dont expect them to always open right on the dot. This is dominican time.
