Zachary's - Santa Cruz

Great food! Was a recommendation from a friend to breakfast and everyone in our group liked their food. One of the best shots and eggs I had. They don't take reservations, but waiting wasn't so bad and they were busy. Definitely a great place to check if you want breakfast.

We arrived on a Saturday at noon and there were several big parties and many parties from two before us. If you are flexible and don't think of sitting on the switch, you can sit faster. That's what we decided to do and sit within 5 minutes of arrival. We had a liter of Mimosas to begin. I ordered the Junior Mess and my husband had the Grundburger. Both were delicious, but let me say that Burger was anything but basic. The burger was juicy and boiled medium, the bread was super soft, and every bite my husband allowed me to steal away was welcome.

Brunch, brunch and brunch! This is definitely the new place I will come back to when I am in Santa Cruz. The breakfast castle was soooo good! Perfectly cooked to medium rare with a fried eggs and the potatoes were perfectly crispy on the outside and soft and delicate under the crumb. Give them a follow on IG and spread love. Thanks for incredible service and food!

Very nice brunch spot. Casual, fun atmosphere accompanied by fantastic food! I can personally reccomend the Mike's mess and the breakfast sandwich.

Great place, very tasty food, and friendly staff. Tried Zach’s Breakfast Sandwich, super delicious. Life liked her food as well.
