Burger King - Santa Ana

Went back to BK after staying away for 15 years, ordered a dbl. Cheeseburger deal w/ fries, for take out, girls were screaming at each other and were very loud, just didn 't feel comfortable there, I did not check content of bag until I got home, well what I got was 1 beef patty with dressing on top on a very small bun. It look terrible, I ate it because I was hungry and paid almost $8 for that . Things have not change. I don 't think I will be buying food at BK ever again.Parking: Parking lot was empty, there was no customers.

Food is great and consistent in taste. The service though? Meh. They hate any extras or modifications, seems they hate work.

How the F{€k you not going to HAVE HAMBURGER MEAT AND ITS BURGER KING. this place needs to be shut down or the management needs to be replaced cuz this is absolutely insane. Came to order at the drive thru tried to order hamburgers at 1:20 on a Saturday, only to be told they WERE OUT OF THEM AND ONLY HAD CHICKEN. Goodbye

Came a few times within the operation hours and the door were always locked. Staff does not care about the service. Need to retrain or update business hours.

We sat down to wait for our order. And we noticed the one preparing the food was not wearing safety gloves.
