Homestyle Cafe - Sangamon

Service was slowed by employee call-offs, so I can't really blame the restaurant. The overworked waitress did her best; I ordered steak-n-eggs but had to settle for a country fried steak, but the eggs were good and the home fries were tasty. I suppose you just gotta catch them at the right time, as with any place.

Don't order Eggs Benedict. I repeat! Do Not Order Eggs Benedict. It was inedible. Ate there twice. Never again.

Great food, for a great price, and wonderful staff ?

My boyfriend and I eat here regularly. I love the atmosphere and the service is phenomenal. Must check it out if you are just passing through

Used to come here on lunch cause it was close to work. They was nothing special Becky then but have really improved. Wife wanted to go since it been years. Surprised me how they changed. Service was great, food delicious and fast.
