Greggs - Sandwell

I absolutely adore this place, it is extremely clean! The staff is incredibly friendly and always go out of their way to inform you about the latest deals and ensure you are getting the best offer. The food is consistently fresh and hot. I often see the same staff members, Chevaun and another girl, who are very polite and make you feel welcome. I have visited many Greggs locations, but this one is definitely the best. They have a large car park and seating areas both inside and outside. Keep up the great work!

Have used this branch several times, food excellent but tables and toilet disgusting, it really lets the store down, please employ staff that take cleanliness as important as serving, I felt sick with the state of the toilet it looked like it had not been cleaned all week!!!!

I have had some issues with the service provided by Jodie when I use my vouchers at this restaurant. She always seems to have something to say loudly that embarrasses me in front of the staff and other customers. However, aside from this, everything else was great.

I recently visited Greggs on Birmingham Rd in West Bromwich for my lunch. It was Friday at 1pm and the place was packed with a long line out the door. The lone assistant, Blake, was handling everything on his own. Despite the pressure, he remained pleasant, efficient, and didn't seem flustered at all. He truly deserves a medal for his hard work!

A lovely place, the staff are so friendly just what you need going to work at 7am. A good range of food is served. Would certainly recommend it.
