Bidrage med feedbackA surprising jewel of a restaurant behind an otherwise average search 76 gas station. Enjoy the wet of Walsh Lake over a hearty meal. Excellent breakfast Burrito. If you like a gooey, savory-n-sweet combo, try the bacon jam, although I personally have a traditional palate. Friendly staff!
My dinner at the cafe was delicious. Had the 5 hours roasted spaghetti a house salad. My server was great. I'll be back.
As a trucker, it has almost everything I need. Clean toilet, great food in the restaurant, all kinds of things to buy in the store, friendly people, and a small car park that is still great enough for my double fit. But no showers and therefore I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. If they even had a shower, it would be a simple 5-star place in my opinion. Diesel is also quite cheap here compared to your most important places like Petro/TA, Loves and Pilot/Flying J's. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served back to the restaurant. Can either dip or go.
Delicious fish and chips on Friday. There is usually a long line. No one seems to be interested as many locals come here and pick up while waiting. There is a terrace to dine and view the lake and green. Of course there are also interiors. Great service, delicious food, no matter what choice you have. There are a variety of good food. They won't be disappointed.
A surprising gem tucked away at the back of a nice convenience store. Serving locally raised meat (Woods) and locally roasted coffee (Evans Bros) this cafe serves a traditional rural American menu with outstanding views. The food usually comes with large amounts of cheese and/or sauce, aimed at those with a mild palette. Portions are quite large and very filling, extremely mild in flavor. The huge windows look out over the Selkirk Mountains and a small lake. In summer, sit on the patio while your kids play on the large lawn and play structure. The convenience store is definitely above average with locally roasted coffee and grocery items.
