Simple Treats - San Pablo

Comfortable space to immerse yourself in a chat with a special person as well as with a group of friends. They serve quality-tasting dishes at an affordable price. Very courteous food maintainer/staff (excellent customer service). Been here twice a week and is a very satisfied customer, so far.

On a sunny day, our lunch was held in Simple Treats by CDC, a charming and upscale family restaurant in the heart of San Pablo City. From what we have observed, the place has a refreshing, relaxing and peaceful ambience. It felt like you went into a time capsule, a bistro in a neighborhood that hasn't changed any desire since the old times. When you look around, you can see that plants and interior decorations surround the locals and the gentle lights that illuminate the area brought the beauty of every corner of the restaurant. The venue is only small, consisting of 16 tables and approx. 32 chairs and unfortunately there is no place to park because it was occupied by the tables outside. Nevertheless, they have two comfort rooms, a party zone and a VIP room for important meetings. On the contrary, the lights of the comfort rooms were a little dim and the color of the walls were not good with the theme of the restaurant, but unlike that, the area is immaculate and clean. After scanning the menu and reviewing the prices of meal, which was reasonable considering that this is an upscale restaurant, we placed our order and waited for food. Simple Treats was known to have slow service, even if there are few customers. It took a while to serve our lunch, but the whole wait was worth it when we saw the dishes. The aroma was absolutely spicy and the coating was aesthetically pleasant. The crispy frits with bacon were crispy, hot, non-fat and delicious. The portion was good for two to four people. The pasta also tasted good, the sauce was creamy and was abundant on mushrooms. The salmon was carefully cooked and is very pleasant to the eyes and to the palate. The T-bone steak was the most delicious of all the food we ordered. The steak was juicy, well seasoned and cooked uniformly. Conversely, the iced tea was too sweet and did not quench our thirst. It was good that they offered water for us to drink. We also had Oreo cheesecake for dessert, which packed our little lunch together. The waiters and waiters were well-manned and respected for our wishes. One of the waiters even agreed to make a picture with us. We paid the bill and took some pictures to remember this day. We recommend this restaurant!

Fine food was great. Servers are polite and food is excellent. Nice experience. Had a great time.
