Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

I've been coming here with my kids for years. now they are all grown up and we still come to red robbin! always good eating, drinks, atmosphere and decent prices. recommend the bottomless fries with ranch and ketchup!

Talk about going cheap and what a drop in quality. I have not been to this location in a few years and has it gone down hill. This is a clucks and shrimp meal. I can get better chicken at McDonald’s for a while lot less. They forgot the chocolate in the chocolate shake. This place is empty. Used to be packed after work. Quality is really slipping.

While the food is tasty and service speedy, if you are going to have a 2go pick up station, give it the ability to take payments. I have spent as much time waiting to pay as I did waiting for the order to be ready.

This place has really gone down hill. I can't speak for other locations but tonite i ordered a banzai burger (Hawaiian burger) medium without mayo or tomatoes. What i got had mayo on it, maybe 3 pieces of shredded lettuce, and mayo on it. Topped off with a soggy bun and nuked medium well. Id have returned it but it was take out and i didn't feel like trekking back to get another one. I didn't think being a line cook was difficult but apparently it must be if they could screw this order up. Hostesses were equally incompetent as the cook was

Not very good food. I had grilled salmon with brocolli. It wasn't very flavoursome and the portion of salmon was quite small. It took a long time for the food to come out, and when I chased about my order, the waitress said it was actually ready and had been waiting in the kitchen to be taken out so when it came out it wasn't very hot. Very disappointed and don't think I will come back again.
