Fonda 29 - San Luis Potosí

Fonda 29 is our new favorite place for breakfast and lunch. The huevos rancheros with fried plantains and a side of hash browns were probably the best I've ever had, even after 20 years living in Mexico. Larry, my partner, raved about the tasty, gigantic chicken burrito with potato salad and loved the banana-pineapple smoothie. The San Pancho main plaza, with its lovely trees and murals, is a quiet, cool spot for an outdoor restaurant, and Fonda 29's owner, chef, and waiters are young local guys who have put together a great spot.

Excelente sazón y un buen servicio por parte de los meseros, tienen que venir a probar. Muy recomendable!
