Chili's Grill - San Leandro

I ordered the bottomless soup and salad, and they said I can?t interchange the soups? So you have to stick with one? That makes absolutely no sense. Then I said ok I?ll take the chili. I was eating it and it gave me this awful taste, so I said I?d likesomething else. They said no we can?t, the manager can?t either. Unfortunately, I can?t leave a tip either. Thanks

Both the food and service were horrible. We were not greeted upon entering the restaurant, the guy just grabbed two menus and seated us. Once our food came, we watched our server visit other tables several times only coming to our table when it was timeto present the check. So trash it was garbage ?????????

Service was really really slow, looks like they only had two servers for the entire restaurant. Food was good when we got it but probably wouldn't go back

Service was fast and friendly and the food was delivered quickly and made just how we requested. My steak was cooked perfectly well done with extra garlic butter soooooo delicious. My youngest son just loves corn so much I had to get him some and he wassatisfied. My other son eats like me so he had a steak as well with broccoli and it was perfect as well. We always have a greattime when we come here and the staff is always upbeat and courteous.

Good service and food here. With great prices. A good family place to gather and eat.
