Burger King - San Leandro

I went today for my lunch,Mayra helped me very well and food was fast than I thought..

This is THE WORST Burger King I 've ever gone to! I would give them ZERO stars if I could! The workers here are extremely rude, including the manager that was on shift! I went to this location with my children, placed an online order through the Burger King app, and sat down waiting for my order. I kept checking the app to view the status of my order and it kept saying Order being processed. After about 20 minutes of waiting with the same status message, I went up to the counter to ask if my order was ready yet. The worker was super rude and replied, Well, did you mention that you were waiting for a to-go order? And I replied, No, the app stated the order was still being processed and I was thinking maybe you guys would call out the order number once it was ready. She replied, We don 't call out the number here. She then proceeded to walk away to grab my order that had been sitting ready behind the counter while speaking to the manager that was present in Spanish laughing that we had been waiting for our food all that time. My children were really hungry by this time and instead of taking the food to go, we decided to eat our food there. The whole time we were there, the manager and workers behind the counter gathered around one another speaking in Spanish and laughed as they glared at my children and I as we ate. When my children and I were done eating, we cleaned up our table, grabbed our stuff, and as we were walking to the door to leave, the manager proceeded to walk towards the back where the other workers were and started to sing in Spanish saying, They 're leaving! They 're leaving! I was so annoyed and angry to say the least! If you choose to be rude and talk about your customers in another language right in front of them, you better make sure they can 't understand you!!! Don 't they know that they teach Spanish in school?!?..even my young children understood what they were saying! Oh...I 'm sorry...they probably didn 't go to school! You best believe I 'm gonna call Corporate to report them! If you choose to go to BK, you 're better off going to another location!

What is this customer service im never coming here again. the manager and employees are so rude and gossiping about us in spanish thinking we dont know it girl. what did i do to you? you guys being mean for what? escucha aqui. hablo español y tus empleados son ghettooooooooo. the food was okay but the service.... nuh uh. but after i was done i was walking out of the place i heard them saying shes leaving, shes leaving, . cheering. girl. stop that. the only thing thats gonna be leaving is your job, and that place shutting down. and one worker with red hair is trying so hard to be ariana grande. she put her ponytail on so tight, it looks like its gonna fall off and making her voice like ariana. wanna be. so embarrassing. worst burger king ever. its a fact, not a opinion. (I should 've put all of this in cap lock im screaming rn.

Regardless of the time of day, their food has about a 50% chance of being stale. They're more the kind of place you go to as a last resort, but then tonight out of desperation I was going to hit their drive through on my way to work, just to realize they just decided to walk out and close down a good 45 minutes early. You're better off going to the 7 Eleven next door, chances are you will be less likely to get food poisoning.

This is third time, they forgot to put ketchup napkins into my order even after my demand for ketchup to the window.
