The restaurant was very responsive when I called to place my order, accommodating my request to exclude rice from my burrito. They told me it would be ready in 7 minutes, and indeed it was when I arrived. The burrito was delicious and didn't leave me feeling heavy, indicating they use clean ingredients and good practices. The staff were friendly and efficient. I rated the ambiance a three only because it's a food truck, so the setting depends on where you choose to eat. The location is a nondescript corner shared with a gas station or car business. I would definitely go back for more of their tasty, homemade food. Their fresh tomatillo salsa was especially delightful. They offer plenty of vegetarian options and are willing to accommodate dietary restrictions like dairy-free.

The tacos were amazing, the customer service was excellent and very friendly. The takeout service was top-notch. Overall, a 5-star experience in terms of food, service, and atmosphere.
