Sushi Tomo - San Bernardino

The food was good. there was a decent amount, but it wasn't packed. it's my favorite sushi place. today I was a bit disappointed by the service. my order was always messed up. I had to send everything you could eat for my first round twice, because they still forgot a product. (I only ordered 4 items) it took an hour to give me 3 out of 4 items. (Herz attack-Poppers, 3 pieces Lachs-Sashimi, 2 rolls) two of them came back wrong. I have not received any refills. 2. round, ordered nebelsuppet and 3 pieces, lasted 20 minutes. I wanted to go after that since I never got my time back. overall I was there 1 hour and 30 minutes.

We've been here for years. eating is always delicious and the service fantastic. chef jason has become our long-standing friend and we cannot wait until he is fully taken over as his own.

This used to be my favorite spot, but the quality of eating was bad this time. under boiled chicken, undercooked salmon. large. and the sweet and acidic sauce for the rolling had a tingling smell and tasted more sour than sweet. never come back here

These types are rude. we came in and settled down. the waitress looked at us and rolled her eyes. we waited 10 minutes, were not welcomed, drinks given or even a smile. but she helped all others than us, when I brought her attitude to her attention and asked to speak to the manager, she wanted to play stupid and be sacrificed. she cries to the owner: “KUNDEN complaint, he wants to rely on me, I have never seen before!” she thought she would embarrass me in front of the whole customer in the shop. So if you want to visit an unwelcome place with owner permission, this is your place – my first and last time here.

Expect your food to come first before bringing your plates and utensils. The service was pretty zombie-like, to say the least. The food was great, but expected to get up to get their attention for refills and napkins. Also, they will not bring you your entire order. My two-year-old never got his food. I will not bring my family or clients to this place.
