Genuinely the best place in Utah. The food is actually good and not average like in other restaurants in the valley. The service is also always at the highest level. Ignore any negative reviews. They have no idea what they are talking about. You can order take out cause we don’t want this place to get super busy ?.Food: 5/5

We were in the mood for some tofu soup and bibimbap on a snowy Tuesday evening, so we went to eat at Korea House. Despite there only being one hostess/server working, the service was quite good and attentive throughout the meal. All the dishes were flavorful and satisfying, and left us feeling quite content.The decor of the restaurant was also quite impressive, with lovely Asian-inspired accents and an overall modern casual vibe. It was the perfect place to enjoy a hearty meal on a chilly evening.

So my first experience with Korea house I was picking up an order for someone else. They treated me like I was the customer which most restaurants treat delivery drivers like ****. The young man there asked me if I wanted a drink or a snack. I told him no it was OK. He still brought me out a soda and a sample of their beef short ribs. Oh my those short ribs were seriously heaven. I've been wanting to go back as a customer. On Halloween I finally got my chance. Me, my daughter, my friends and her daughter. The kids are 9 but both love trying new foods and aren't scared of trying them. So the waitress comes to take our order after 15 minutes of waiting. I excitedly ask where the beef short ribs are on the menu. She informs me they are the new owners and just changed the menu. I was so confused why they would get rid of the short ribs. I was sad. We ordered another dish, the beef bulogi with clear noodles. No FLAVOR. Our friends the same issue with their order and the beef was tough and tons of gristle. The veggie potstickers had no taste however, the spicy veggie potstickers had amazing flavor and the kids could eat them too. However, they weren't what I would call potstickers they were more like an empanada. I paid 90.00 for all 4 of us. I then tipped 15.00 but when my final charge came through the tip was changed to 25.00. I called and was informed any ticket over 80.00 was automatically charged a higher tip even though it wasn't included on our receipt. I was furious. I tried fighting it with my back but sadly lost because they sent over some weird thing they say is in the menu that states that. No short ribs and taking extra money without a customers knowledge I won't be back.
