Salmhotel - Salmtal

I have never seen this hotel! I wanted to stay there and inform about the opening times (due to the delivery of the hermes) and about the cancellation conditions. When I am disabled, I wanted to know whether there are single rooms in the ground floor or in the 1st floor of the hotel. I always do this and no hotel has given me no future. the salmhotel has sent me an e-mail for my 2nd request, but they have not answered anyway. I have informed the local community about it and am now looking for the competent authority.
