Cook'n Roll - Sallèles-d'Aude

Sitting in the garden of Cook'n Roll is one of the best seating arrangements I have had. Lots of space in between the tables, so you can enjoy your own company. Chickens running around and right next to the vegetable garden from which the chef gets his ingredients. I did not expect too much, food-wise, as the kitchen of the truck is rather small, however the food was delicious! High quality products and well balanced flavours. Don't expect super fast service, as the serving style is laid-back. Do expect friendly and enthusiastic service =) The night I was visiting there was live music which added to the intimate atmosphere in the garden. So if you get the chance - make sure to experience this unique restaurant.

A lovely genuine place for dinner with family. The food is absolutely delicious, made from scratch and the surroundings is warm and cozy. Friendly chickens do you company during dinner :) hope to come back someday! Thanks

Assurément c'est une belle adresse. L'accueil est vraiment sympa. Le cadre au coeur f'un jardin est reposant et la cuisine est élaborée vec des produits frais souvent issus du jardin contigu. Le tout cuisiné avec passion et finesse. Bref un régal.

This was fantastic!! You have to visit them, they are so nice people???? This happening was a privat party and we are so happy that they say yes to this event.

We ate in a charming garden, sitting on higgledy piggledy tables and chairs under shady trees and fairy lights with friendly chickens pecking around. We had a choice of 2 starters, mains and desserts chalked on the ardoise. The burrata starter (fabulous cheese, like posh mozzarella) with fresh legumes from the garden was great, the whole sea bass main was excellent. The flesh just fell off the bone, perfectly cooked by the ex fish chef proprietor who does the cooking in the Citroen van. The tarte tatin dessert was delicious, one of the best we've eaten. The whole experience was so enjoyable and excellent value.
