Chipotle Mexican Grill - Salina

I was recently diagnosed with zöliakie and must avoid all gluten-containing foods. it was a really hard transition. I was so excited to find out that most food is free at chipotle gluten. they also have a protocol that they follow to ensure no cross-contamination. I saw a wonderful worker named cate their gloves turned off and encouraged that all my food touch to turn off theirs. she changed all the spoons that touched the food I got and even fresh things came out. I had no promotions and very enjoyed my eating. I will be back in any case!

I went in and was greeted with a smile and the dame at the front counter was very friendly and respectful for me, but I am disappointed at eating today. I have a little chicken in my chicken bowl. I'm going to eat here because this is one time that it wasn't great for me.

We are regular fans of chipotle and live in clearwater florida. we were on a trip to home from denver co. we stopped for dinner and were shocked how disgusting the restaurant was. we are not busy. there were four tables with müll. they did not clean the floors and needed a good slip down. that would have been helpful. there were at least four employees standing around the counter while we ordered. we have taken our food to go more pleasant than result elsewhere. this is the worst chipotle I saw from California to florida. they have two stars, because that was enough to eat. my advice is clean. proud of her, as this was not the case when we stopped. Thank you.

I come here a few times a week. It’s normally good food but today I found a bug in my bowl and they acted like it was nothing. It was a little concerning when they asked me if I’m okay eating the bowl still after the lady stuck her finger in it to pull the bug out. Not sure I’ll be coming back here after this experience.
