Pei Wei Asian Kitchen - Saint Paul

I have been going to Pei Wei for years, but have noticed a significant decrease in the consistency and quality of food. My family ate here yesterday, and a majority of chicken in our meals was not edible. There was so much fat and grit on the meat, it could not even be baked. In addition, fried rice was not tasteful, and it was very delicate. Earlier this summer, my meal had an extremely tasteful taste that I never experienced, which prevented me from eating my food again. As mentioned, the quality of food is not consistent, and for this reason my family and I won?t be back.

Pesticide Wei is not bad for an American Asian discount. Fast delicious, why not if you're in a hurry?

My Fiancé and I visited Pei Wei in Woodbury today. What a great staff!!! Daniel met us at the counter and kept our experience so positive. It's been a long time since I went out of a restaurant that felt super hyped and appreciated. The the customer service has gone down hill, or maybe cheff attention. I recently ordered An online meal for my family. Upnon my husband picking it up he checked the bag. He had to notify the staff the edamome was missing. Which was corrected promptly. He then returned home with my meal and I paid extra for broccoli in my meal no broccoli in the dish. He then opened his dish wich we paid for an upgrade of fried rice he received white rice. The food taste was amazing but for what we pay we should receive the requested menu options or just not paid for add ons extras. Disappointed as I used to frequent this place often in St. Louis Park.

Beef and broccoli. Beef was chewy. Broccoli undercooked. Rice undercooked. Way too much sauce, and I asked for light sauce. Look at the pic. Floating in sauce. Again, this is light sauce request. I gave them 3 stars because it's hit and miss. But today is 2 stars.
