Too slow. I waited an hour for a sandwich and when I called myself, I was told 30 minutes more. I don't understand that this place is so slow and unprofessional. I have read the reviews and it seems like they run this place. How does the owner stand for it? I will never order from here

So freaking slow you'll freak!! Ordered sandwiches at 446... it's 605 and I'm still waiting for my sandwiches. Unf$ @ing believable. Gal at the store Continues to tell me they will be here soon. Ridiculous. Absolutely ridiculous. Terrible customer service! Will Be speaking with a manager tomorrow. Will never order from here again.

I LIVE LESS THAN 1 BLOCK AWAY. And I have waited over an hour for a sandwic . After having called 30 minutes ago and being assured that it was on the way. I'm not one to complain. But it was slow. With poor service.

This is my third time in a row ordering from here waiting over an hour but this last time was the worst three hour wait and still got my sandwich order wrong management has poor customer service skills was rude to my friend on the phone and offered no resolution he asked her what “he should do then” in a very narcissistic way. Y’all I love The food but this location can kick rocks.

Haven 't ordered from here before. We placed a group order at 1:08 called at exactly 2pm asking where our order was not thrilled that it had already been an hour wait for freaky freaky fast which is what I asked the guy on the phone. He was upset about my hostility would anyone be thrilled about ordering a sandwich that prides itself on delivery their sandwiches so fast?? I asked to speak to the manager after he asked well it 's going to be there in 15min is there something you want me to do? Apparently he was the manager. I have never understood the argumentative manager. I stated my problem, it 's their job to reach the customers satisfaction. I asked if we could get a discount then seeing one wasn 't offered to me because they 're busy (if they 're the busy they should state that when you order) it 's now 3p and our order is still not here, I won 't hold my breathe. First at last time for jj on 7th.
