Very good surprise, one of the best sushi restaurant, where I ate, and it's been 20 years since I'm an amateur Japanese cuisine.
From crossing to the island of Ré and a sushi lover, we went to season sushi after a playful reading about the quality of the products.We enjoyed excellent makis and sashimis. It really is worth the detour and all positive reviews!!!
Sushi of high quality. The fish is tender and fine and the flavors are at the rendezvous! The gentleman is of rare kindness. I recommend without hesitation!
