Bidrage med feedbackThe first time in this facility! Classic Eggs Benedict was perfect and the cook didn't understand anything wrong! Good mood this morning. Wait staff perfectly behave and Lisa R. was friendly and accommodating. Service was fast and professional. Not too hurry as I was there, shortly after it opened for brunch (9 on Sunday). I'm sure this facility will be very busy! I will have to evaluate them during this time, that I will return either alone or with the company. I will definitely return!
Had a great brunch experience here! Everyone at my party enjoyed their food. I ordered a pretty basic Belgian waffle, but samples around the table and the Chorizo Avocado Benedict and Brunch Monster (used) were both delicious. Unlimited mimosas were a factor in selecting this place, and they did not disappoint DID. Although there is an hour and thirty minutes limit, they pour a large mixture that is not too heavy in the OJ... Eating and mimoses were on point and the atmosphere was sweet and picturesque. I would definitely visit again when I am in St. Louis and recommend to everyone there is an attempt if you are looking for a brunch spot with unlimited mimosas!?
So DISAPPOINTING! The food is BLAND, with a capital B. I had cheesy geese and shrimps. It had no taste outside the shrimps themselves. The grottos were tasteless until it was disgusting. The avocado toast was completely watery and tasteless. I do better avocado toast at home with mozzarella tomatoes and balsamico. Your version of the toast was rough. Your eggs Benedikt was little to wish. I wanted to try it for months. It's just sad. The **** Marys were disgusting, both guys lubricated the same. Worst cocktail I've ever had. At least I tried and conquered, definitely not a regular place.
For the first time in the Polite Society for Brunch and it has not disappointed! Chilful waffles were the absolutely best I ever tasted the cherry on top was the Thai Chili maple syrup, OMG! Shrimp shoots were spectacular and I am not a fan of geese in general, but these had luck the bowl clean delicious!! I also went for dinner and the Spinat Dip was soon good, as well as a wonderful burger, so delicious. My cocktail, the Michigander, was a pleasure to swallow. If you like Bourbon, don't sleep on one!
In the heart of Lafayette Square, lies this gem. Built in one of the historic row homes, the restaurant has 2 floors. The service was excellent and the food/drinks were top tier. With it being our first time, we tried several items on the menu...devil eggs, shrimp and grits, steak, udon noodles, duck, etc... The vibe is very chill, easy to have conversation, and the lighting is low...almost intimate-like. It's perfect for a date night. I'd recommend checking them out. Unfortunately, I can't give 5 stars due to a hair being found in the food. They apologized perfusely and made it right for us. I'm sure it was a one off, because everything else was perfect!
