Pizza Hut Lafontaine - Saint-Jérôme

Excellent service...prompte reaction... friendly staff... best taste of pizza in the city....!

I have the Treatbox for a night with my two children. The package was wrongly represented on the ad, or I guess they had no left, instead of a triple deck box with the pizzas and rest, it all came in seperate packaging. 2 pizzas, 5 bread sticks, 8 boneless chicken(es Nuggets), 2 dips, 10 mini-cabinabbons, 42$ tax included, not bad price. The nugget to container was smeared, the poor delivery girl had to try to carry all separate boxes. Nuggets: Great! I chose spicy buffalo, and it was spicy, not with the sauce. Good meat. Breadsticks: Fantastic, well seasoned, Parmesan taste, wonderful. Dips: Superb! As expected by marinara and Cheddar jalapeno. Pizzas: Eh. It's not the best. The dough is so luscious that it feels like you never get full. Toppings are a bit thrown around. The Canadian bacon was better because it had a better spread of meat. Cinabbon: Delicious, very small, but that's good.

A job and everything was good, ready when I went to pick up. The staff is friendly. I'll go. (They need to fix the lighting for their exterior signs, but fortunately I knew where they are.

Food is good, service was fast! We went an hour after they opened and the place was still an awful mess! Looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, diarrhea in the toilets and pizza rubbed into the carpets.

Placed an order online and got confirmation for it, however after 45min it got cancelled. I placed the same order again and waited about one hour to again receive an email cancelling it. Total of 2h waiting and yet my family is hungry… would not recommend this service to anyone.
