Simply perfect experience. I live in the United States and visit Paris on vacation. I follow Nous4 on Instagram from the US and wanted to make sure I came here. The food is absolutely excellent. My waitress (I believe she is the chef's wife) was accommodating and pleasant. She chose a superb wine and the food was everything I expected (and more) from here. Thank you for this superb experience. We went to eat at the restaurant this afternoon, the 4 of us, and it was a very nice experience! We were able to taste guinea fowl with fresh vegetables and pistachio financier. The products were fresh, the staff super welcoming! (thanks to the little boy who served us, he is very professional! The lunch menu was 25€50 for a dessert course, which is reasonable given the quality of the dish. We would happily come back! Eliza
