You won 't even be halfway through saying if you want white or brown rice before they 've moved onto the beans.. and don 't make the mistake of stress-responding yes to brown or black by mistake, because you 're going to get a sloppy scoop of whatever is closest to their hand before you even have a split-second to register your mistake. Before you know it, you 'll be at the register without even saying a single word in full.Is this efficiency or just bad service?Thank goodness it all tastes so good... Otherwise, I wouldn 't return simply based on the sheer stress of ordering my burrito bowl like my life depends on it. I 've been out of there for 10 minutes, and my heart rate still hasn 't returned to normal.
All the employees cheap out on portions. Despite paying for double chicken they give you 1/2 portions per scoop so you end up just getting 1 full scoop.

Every time I come they are out of something. And the service is terrible.
8:50pm January 24 2024I asked for a burrito bowl but the worker making the bowl was making 2. I wasn’t looking at what she was doing cause I’ve been here plenty of times and I know what to expect for a normal order. Once I caught the mistake that she was making 2, I mentioned I only ordered 1 and with attitude, she replied “you said 2” and gave me an annoyed stare. What do you want me to do? Pay for 2 bowls just cause you misheard me? I know what I said and never have I ordered 2 bowls in my time of going to Chipotle so it wasn’t a mistake of me saying 2. She even gave the customer in front of me attitude. Come on Chipotle, you can do better.
