Subway - Saint Francisville

Google says they're open. The sign on the door says they're open. Its Friday at 5:30pm. We drove way out here to eat subway for my daughter just for the door to be locked when they should be open. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Store was locked employee finally opened only to tell me I couldn't get a sandwich......because they had 4 party trays to do.wft I just wanted a 6in tuna!.it's nor first time I've had horrible service,but it will be last

So today I made a mobile order (my first mistake), simple 3 sandwich order and I tipped 15% on the app. Wife picked up the order and came back home, I took 1 bite into my pretty much plain sandwich and I tasted pickles! Open it up and I can see where they messed up the order and instead of starting new they just picked off half the veggies. I drive 15 mins back to subway and 1 of 3 people where helpful and fixed me a new sandwich. The guy that was working today doesn’t need to be anywhere near the front to deal with customers with his attitude. Also if you mess up why not just start over instead of covering it up. Hell it’s just a sandwich! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It was nice and friendly employees there and didnt take long for my sandwich. I love it. Will come visit again. I love subway sandwiches, but eat less
