Fuzzy's Taco Shop - Saint Charles

The food was okay, but on the Bland side. Arrival for Taco Tuesday 1.7 Tacos. And it was happy hour on drinks. I ordered two margaritas on the rock. The drinks were very weak. Not much taste. 2 chicken tacos, 2 cattle tacos and 2 spicy pig tacos ordered. The chicken tasted like shredded cooked chicken with NO taste at all. Beef was pretty dirty, too. The spicy pigs Tacos were the only ones who had some taste. It was not a bad experience, but nothing enthusiastic about the palate as it was BLAND. My friend ordered the ground beef nachos with extra shredded cheese it was pretty good, I would probably ask Jalapeños to go with him. I was on the fence by giving this a 2 star rating, but after I had not thought about it was bad. The two people who checked us were incredibly nice.

Taco Tues, tacos are $1.70. For only 10¢ more than a taco bell taco you get a much better product. They have brisket, chicken, veggie, shredded pork, and more to choose from. We got one of several different tacos and gotta say, def worth it. Fresh ingredients, friendly staff, clean dining room. Can't wait till margaritas and warmer weather to enjoy their patio.

I didn't like this restaurants food. I know there's a lot of happy customers that go there repeatedly and love their meals. This is more of a difference I'm taste instead of a poor experience. The atmosphere is great and workers are friendly.

Stopped in for a quick lunch. The employee that took our order was friendly and answered questions. It took a while for our food even though there was only one other guest in the restaurant. We had to take our order to go but when we got in the car we discovered the portions were extremely disappointing. We paid over $7 for one tiny taco with a little bit of fish. The kids meal was definitely worth the money since there was plenty to eat and it came with a dessert and drink. The burrito bowl was good but the size was, again, underwhelming. The over $20+ we spent did not match the quality or quantity of food. The restaurant itself was clean but the bathrooms could have used some attention. There were many kitchen employees, but for being lunch time there was only one or two customers at a time. All the stuff we dealt with was very friendly and courteous though. We probably won't be returning.

2nd time coming to the St. Charles location, both times it was pretty bad. I was made fun of for how I ordered my tacos. Also they can't seem to get the whole order made correctly. After 2 bad experiences at the St. Charles location I have decided to drive out of my way and further to go to the Westpoint Plaza location, where I have yet to encounter an issue.
