Nigui sushi - Saint-Brieuc

Sushi and Sashimi were not so good. Problems with the ascent I think. All dishes preapares local guy, not japanese. We were despised.

My family lives here in Brittany and is from California and NY... so we are an authentic Japanese (or Japanese american because I'm close to mention Californian fires. You won't get them in this restaurant. They use the wrong type of rice so that it is... heavy and pasty; and as far as we could say, they did not use spices. Literally they offer a pea-size part of tasteless washabi and the miniscule part of ginger imaginable. The soup is super watery. Instead of sesame seeds or fish roe around larger mai rolls, they use what looks and tastes like lagerbought roasted onion shading. The place is nice and clean, and the service was good. And the fish itself was fresh (and actual crab in the California roll, bonus! But at the first bites we laughed calmly that the very French cook somehow managed to make food that is perfectly Japanese, but tasted totally French (like warm and savory instead of bright and lively. And that is how it sometimes plays in France-Geista! Just know before you go and all the money for what a surprising number of French diners proclaim to be the best, most authentic Japanese cuisine in the area.

Very good quality of products, very interesting choice, very good value quality price, impeccable service, waitress who know very well the products offered. st jacques, shrimp, tuna, salmon, vegetable, there are for all tastes!

The price quality ratio is poor: the rice of sushi is very heavy and the makis in themselves are rolled too tight which makes them stifling. on the map as accompaniments offered, 5 things to choose but 2 were not available. In the menu of the day, there was an "including desert", when you go to dessert, the waitress offers us to change it against a ball of ice and other. at the time of payment is added to the invoice 3 desserts ( 1 single ice ball = 6.50 euros) without being notified of the sum at the time of order. the total bill is twice the price of the menu and we stay on its hunger. I don't advise any sushi lover.

Very good Asian cuisine, freshness of the insured products, the service is very appreciable. We came there with our two little girls and we were well listened to our requests for children. Very good evening.
