Willie Jewell's -b-q - Saint Augustine

I travel extensively and stop at a lot of bbq places to eat. I like brisket but have found many places don't prepare it very well. The brisket here was some of the best I've had. Service is good and fast, good sized portions, and prices are very reasonable. I also had the smoked jalapeño sausage (excellent), coleslaw (good) and creamed corn (ok, but I've had better). I'd order everything the same again except the creamed corn, I think I'd try some other side instead.

This is our favorite spot for whenever we have a craving for BBQ, so naturally when I needed to place a large catering order for a Baptism recently, I reached out to Willie Jewell's.I ended up working with the Manager, Erin Banks and let me tell you...she did an AMAZING job. She was able to explain all of the options and ultimately was able to provide everything that we needed to have a successful feast. Everyone LOVED the food.Thank you so much to Erin and her staff!

This place has friendly staff and great food. The brunswick stew is a wonderful starter. I had the 3 meat plate (turkey, brisket, and ribs). The turkey was amazing, moist and flavorful. The brisket and ribs were good also but turkey overshadowed them for me. My wife had the chicken wings and she really enjoyed them. Price was good for all the food we got.

Very generous portions. Picture doesn't do it justice, but it was very good. We got pulled pork, brisket, ribs combo platters, all great. Quick in and out even though the place was full on a Sunday Noon.Disappointed about the rice and beans side way too much pepper, but corn bread, hush puppies and fried pickles were great. Definitely, coming back.

One of the best counter order bbq I’ve had in a while love the brisket , fries are good , and the choices of sauces are great in my opinion. I think whoever is cooking enjoys their job and is good at what they do please keep it up ! Will definitely be backFood: 5/5
