Panera Bread - Saint Augustine

This is a very nice place to grab a bite to eat good food and a nice atmosphere the staff is very helpful Dietary restrictions: It's all on the order board what is in each meal if it is Keto vegetarian or whatever you want to know about each meal they offer Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch

I asked the man at the register to recommend a meal without meat. He recommended the capri sandwich never told me what comes with it. I am used to this at other Panera locations. I ordered a hot tea. The “hit” water was tepid. I had to go to the kitchen area and the service was very poor I get the cup and the water was warm. I didn’t want to be given the unwelcome look again so I kept it as it. Went to get honey and there was none. I had to ask again When my sandwich was ready was huge and not cut. It had mayo which I had to scraped off as I don’t eat mayo. I had to go back to the kitchen area per manager instructions I ask for the sandwich to be cut, per manager instructed, as it was too big to have the same ugly attitude. The worker said in front of the manager that she couldn’t cut it as it has left the kitchen and handed me a knife. Needless to say I was not happy. Once I managed to cut a piece, scrape the mayo I found myself eating the salad with a knife as I was scare if going back and ask for a fork. Worst experience ever. They need to overhaul the entire staff with caring, great customer service people. The experience made me believe the staff is not happy or burn out or lack customer service training. It felt as a tense environment. Will never go back to the 312 St Augustine site.

I will never agan go to this Panera store #16059 in St Augustine Fl.⁹ The worst customer service ever. I made the line and the worker at the register asked me to wait, a second after he walked out and looked at me and said see you. The manager was at the next register saw everything still took care of someone else never apologized or ask for my order.Then he went to the kitchen and brought another worker to take my order. Needless to say how perturbed and upset I was. At the sametime all the confusion was going on I had taken glass off by mistake and mistakenly pressed a button which granted the worker at $76.60 gratuity for the poorest service ever for a $13.77 sandwich. The worker didnt asked if that was the write gratuity .Tonight I was checking my expenses of the day I found the big mistake. Im.a 76 year old veteran I cant be giving out such amount of gratuity specially for a poor service. If their any way you can correct this situation I would greatly appreciate it.
