Mcdonald's - Saint Augustine

This location is always on point and they go above and beyond. Smiley staff, and attentive management. Thank you to Kayla*(sp) for taking care of fixing my order and making it right! Good customer service means a lot, especially now. Some of us still realize how difficult it is and appreciate you all who work so hard!

During vacation, we have visited this establishment a few times. Prompt and friendly service. Drive thru wait time was amazing, even when multiple cars were in line. And our food was always correct! Very, very pleased with this McDonald's!

This morning at 10:15 10:30 a McMuffin egg and a coke cough. I've got a home and Egg McMuffin was just the muffin, no egg, cheese or Canadian bacon. I called the store and asked if I was talking to a manager. The young voice said, I said you are really managers because it doesn't sound like that. He gave the phone to a lady who said she was a manager. Who knows? What a joke here.

I asked for a bacon and egg McGriddle, I got a sausage, so I went back to the line and asked for the right order. I was told that I'm moving up, and then the lady gives me one when I open her there? No egg on it, so I have to go in and the lady rolls her eyes on me. They'll give me a sandwich with a little piece of bacon. I was pregnant and just wanted a little quick and good for breakfast I guess I won?t come back here again
