This is my go-to place for a healthy lunch! Love their fusion bowls and tea drinks. Very good value and quality ingredients. Their chocolate cake is also really good!

I have often gone from this place. not crazy about tee, but I'm trying here and there. I interrogated the poor person who took my order, they were so patient with me. I finally narrowed a tee with all the fixines that placed my order. I tried. No fan. I swallowed another one because I refuse to waste it or order another. but I just couldn't. this special tea taste was just not my jam. there for 10 minutes the mut to go back to the counter order another. I finally did. Sorry places another order. I pulled out my credit card and the (same) bank wouldn't charge me. they said they'd find something else in the house. I said this isn't your fault that I didn't like to use more of your products to place another order. they still refused to make it right so I was happy! No one takes care of the customer service in these days it was refreshing to experience it here. I go back, they take care of their customers! Many thanks to the cash that took my order this morning, right after they opened the doors!

Well there is no 3 star rating, So I’ll post this as a “don’t recommend”. (Food is excellent. Staff is great). BUT. Their online order system stinks. You can’t use your gift cards. You can’t order via phone and pay at pick up and there is no way to message them and complain. Therefore if you are a loyal customer who just wants to grab a quick lunch you are forced to go in and order if you wish to pay with your gift card —and wait 30 min for food. Huge inconvenience when you only get an hour lunch and want to order ahead.

Their food is so fresh, absolutely delicious. Their ginger wasabi sauce is to die for. And of course it goes without saying that their teas are divine.
