Bobaland - S San Diego

I first time tried Bobaland on Napa St. in San Diego last week. It was a quiet environment, was not too busy but the staff was nice and friendly. I ordered a brown sugar milktea which was delicious. I could adjust the sweetness level. My friend ordered a house milktea which was also good. We definitely will go back again. I highly recommend this place!

Pretty average boba shop, not terrible just your typical boba.

Came to get boba from Tan Cha and was surprised with the new store. Wanted two drinks with little to no caffeine and was recommended the Peach black tea and Strawberry Yogurt Drinks. Both were good at their set sweetness but if you have a sweet tooth you might want to add more sweetness. The Popcorn chicken was juicy, tender and fresh. We were very surprised with the quality and might have to say they were better than the drinks!

I used to love this place when it was Tancha, but I went again and the drinks were just not as good. The tea flavor would be very light instead of flavorful. The ambiance of the store was really loud from the baristas both their talking and the music that I had to leave earlier than I would have liked to enjoy my drink.

The boy working was very nice professional and he made a delicious drink ! The place was previously tancha and so I was surprised when I walked in and it was a new boba spot! But let me tell you, I was very please and actually loved the flavor of this Ceylon milk tea way more than tancha made it. 10/10 recommended
