The Grill - Rust

Reception in order of the assigned table was therefore not very optimal near the toilet. We have eaten two burgers the order were, unfortunately for €16.50 without supplements, we ordered them extra for €5 and received a portion size of €2.50. Now a feedback on our waiter Mr. Salakis, rarely seen such an inflated person! Unfriendly, unmotivated and only fixed to regular guests. If we should come back and get the same waiter again, we should ask another one. I know that it is becoming more and more difficult in gastronomy to get suitable staff but a restaurant such as "The Grill", which should be presented very sophisticated by the concept should not necessarily have to work with such people.

A steak was ordered medium, unfortunately the steak was completely brought through at least then, without big discussing, a new one. This was also good.The operation had to be practically forced to be served, very strenuous.In total, unfortunately, the evening went with us not so optimally.

Eat super tasty, but uninhabited small portions. Kiss the pictures, but portions are not bigger. Any supplement, sauce, etc... must be paid again. And the prizes tear holes in your purse. In my opinion, however, price performance is fine, albeit high.The service has not convinced me. All nice and friendly, but not very attentive. All in all a healthy mix with 3 stars.

We were incredibly disappointed, unfortunately!The restaurant makes a high-quality impression, but the service staff couldn't stand there. Not only that we were sitting in front of an empty glass for over 20min, no operation looked past, if everything fits, but we waited for the bill again for more than 20min.The service personnel had only been entertained by the counter and obviously didn't care about the essential.When we got up to finish the conversation between the staff, we were then cassed.I myself came from the gastronomy. I missed the sympathy to look at the guests when you talk to them. An apology, should go a bit longer or if you have forgotten something.I have great understanding in the stress case, however, which was not the case.Trottally, I wish this restaurant all the best, but I will not come back because the overall picture was simply a great disappointment.

Frankly there would be something to do but unfortunately they did not manage anything! From booking to service. Yet the meat is excellent but served more than 1 hour after the order and I always wait for my fries... so no accompaniment.
