Little Caesars - Russellville

This place has terrible service. They never answer their phones for call-ins and they are never prepared.

Really aggravated!!! Thought their motto was Hot and Read pizzas. Well there not!! Would have to wait 45 minutes for one. Also no wings; another 45 minute wait!! Ridiculous!!! I think maybe some teen/employees not doing their jobs!!! Very disappointed!! I need an 800 number to call management to complain!!

Timeliness does not seem to be their strong point. Ordered online, got to the store at the time my order was supposed to be ready. Waited inside the hot store for another 20 minutes only to be handed lukewarm food.

Always have a great experience at this location and the pizzas are always great!

Food was good. Service was good considering one person was working drive thru and front counter. The food has gotten a lot better since the manager Savannah took over. Keep up the good work ma'am
