Foods pretty good, but basically over priced food with fast food style service. Tables need cleaned. We were the first customers of the day, walked in right as they unlocked the doors yet all the tables had black buildup on them. Got our order wrong but we just delt with it. For spending $60 bucks on food you'd think it be alot better service and cleanliness.

Drove up to menu and speaker at drive thru waited no one responded when I asked if they were open I waited several minutes i could hear the employees thru the speaker talking but they must not could hear me or saw me drive up to order i drove around to the window and nothin no one ever walked over so I drove off then I decided to call bc they didn't look closed it was around 8:15pm employee answered phone I asked if they were open she said yes but you can't order anything fried off the menu I placed my order smoked chicken nachos BBQ nachos I asked for my total then she said do not come inside the restaurant when you come for your food come thru the drive thru only ! I pay for my food pick it up thru the drive thru like I was told to do i I get home open bag there is no meat on one plate of the nachos and 4 small shreds of BBQ on the other order and cheese is all over both boxes in the bag on the side of my car seat bc the lid wasn't on properly and I'm guessing kinda threw it in there idk but I used to really enjoy this place and tonight service was hard to get then got food amd paid the correct price for food I ordered and didn't recirve what I should have SMH

Got the brisket burnt ends and the smoked chicken wings, best that I have had in North Alabama. Note to self, stop here and eat again. But only on Tuesday for burnt ends or Thursday for Brisket.

Food is Great, but need more workers. Ultra Slow service.
