Good value meal and roast of the day for only $15 and very large portion size. Drinks well priced for an island. Friendly staff. would return if ever on russell island

This restaurant has the best food on the island. After being disappointed with other places, I went four times over the weekend. The quality is top-notch, the service is excellent, and the staff is great.

We had booked a pick-up at 7:30pm with the courtesy bus, but did not have a reservation for dinner. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the kitchen was already closed. However, the staff and a kind patron (who runs a local real estate office) went out of their way to help us when they found out we hadn't eaten. They arranged for a delicious pizza to be delivered to us from the Pizza and Kebab Express, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We had planned to return the next night, but the restaurant was closed due to a COVID case on the island. We are looking forward to visiting the island again at the end of October and will definitely be back then.
