Barbara's Kountry kitchen is the name on the sign. The food was excellent! You might have to wait, but it's worth it. All freshly cooked, the staff is friendly. You have to try. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!

Not the Kountry cuisine called... it's Barbara's Family Restaurant! Just had a few rebuilds in...pure n brighter! Daily brkfst n Dinner Specials. 2 soups every day they are made in the house!! Really homemade food! Never had a bad meal! Customers are all regular, pl know each other! Not really big, kinda near quarters, but always have ur choice where 2 sit... I really like that!! Fast service..nice waitress! And servings always nice. Prices r fairly low...2 ppl w drinks (not beer or wine) can eat 4 about $25-$40 depending on what you want! You can even see Barbara while you are there!!

My daughter and I were thrifting in this neck of the woods when I decided we would stop for lunch. We had seen this restaurant over many years, but decided to finally go in today rather than a bigger type restaurant. I?m glad we did! The servers treat you endearingly and the food is phenomenal. I loved the casual setting and the other patrons were mostly retirees and couriers. I would definitely recommend this place! The fried green tomatoes were exquisite!
