Very good as every time, never personally disappointed in the top and kitchen worthy of the very large starred restaurant I recommend

Tonight we tasted 2 novelties 2022 among the Rolls (hambur roll Méditerranée roll : simply a tuerie ! They felt as good as they were beautiful (super dressage even when it’s to take away, it’s fun. And they were as tasty as they were pleasant to contemplate (we regret not having taken a photo before swallowing them.Bravo for the careful and applied research you have invested in these new recipes to offer our palate a sweet and harmonious explosion of flavors ! We are conquered by these new sandwiches (we had no doubt about that.Bravo to the whole team! And thank you.

Having never had the opportunity to re-eat lobster rolls since my return from the U.S., I was looking forward to going to test the lobster bar.... Ben disappointment.Already because no lobster roll. Although marked on the website, this dish was no longer on the map. So either half lobster/frites at 35€, or menu entry/plat with lobster ravioli at 35€ .We chose the menu.In the egg input memories of childhood, but the egg was believed even white) so it ended in soup. In flat 2 small ravioli in a sauce has 22€ the dish.Conclusion: I could have eaten my meal without teeth... The taste is there, but the quantity.... Nothing to say about the very good wine and the correct reception, but given the price of the services, I expected a little better presentation and especially what is in the plate. There you go.

A high quality chef who served us a great meal. Good chain between the dishes. Open kitchen that allows us to see the plates arrive. In view of the level of the meal and the rates (which are justified) the room could be a little more chic to get on the line.A very good time!
