Matcha Cafe Maiko - Rowland Heights

I was craving Nana's green tea but unfortunately they are only in Seattle Vancouver. This is the closest to it that I can find since it is soft serve. The matcha is great, not too bitter and good selection. The red bean was a bit undercooked. It was close to $9 for a cup of soft serve matcha ice cream with red bean.

Matcha is great but the owner lady has no customer service and was straight rude. We were averaging $30-40 a visit for the gold flaked matcha and various ice creams for the kids. People visit dessert shops for the experience not just the product. We will not be back for this reason.

I absolutely LOVE this place! Me and my sister both love the stuff they sell here, so delicious! Staff is very nice here! It's pretty far from where I live but worth the drive!

After not feeling satisfied at Banana Bay, we were glad to check out this corner spot.The fake windows design caught my eyes and when I saw matcha ice cream I was excited.I was upset to very happy!!Can't go wrong with ice cream!

Tried their iced matcha latte and it was literally a cup of milk with a light shade of green. For a cafe that promotes “premium matcha” I was very disappointed. For someone who has had hundreds of matcha lattes, this was by far the worst experience ever. After asking them to add more matcha to compensate for the cup of milk I received, the worker took out ice and it seemed like she just added more milk. My boyfriend was frustrated as well and asked to replace it with the soft serve ice cream since the matcha flavor was more prominent. The worker refused to add toppings to my soft serve so it can equal the same amount I paid for a large cup of milk. I wish I could give this place a 0/10.
