Sonic Drive-in - Round Rock

I came a few times in the morning to get coffee and breakfast toaster and I always had a very positive experience. The food is hot, delicious and delivered quickly! Staff are always super friendly. Food: 5/5

Do NOT come here. Your order is hardly ever correct and I have been waiting (this time) for 30 mins for a grilled cheese and tots. You can't even get them to respond to the call button. I have no idea why I keep giving this place chances.

Stopped in for lunch as I was craving some good old onion rings and I believe Sonic's are some of the best. Footlong chilidog and rings and I was back on the road home after a round of golf.

NEVER COME TO THIS SONIC. Placed an order at 6:07 and came to pick it up at 6:15. it is 7:35 and i just now got my order. it’s literally 2 shakes and that’s it. i pressed the red button at 6:30 and asked about my order. “we’ll have it out shortly”. okay, then another 15 minutes i press again. same answer. then some girl comes out (not even wearing a sonic uniform) and asks what the name for my order is and i tell her and then she walks back in. then another girl comes out and does the same thing. then when we finally get our order the guy doesn’t even apologize. also while i was waiting i witnessed another employee go to his truck for a while and then come out acting weird and wiping his nose. not saying he sniffed coke but he was acting way different after that. and i mean if you wanna do that i’m not gonna stop you but like at least give me my shake first.

I have been sitting here for 45 minutes waiting on my order. The screen said someone was on their way out, but no one ever came. I’ve pressed the button twice and been told it will be just a minute. Finally someone spoke to me and they TOOK MY ORDER AGAIN even though I already placed the order on the app and was told it was coming out. I have somewhere else to be. I’m late for work because I ordered ahead on the app and already paid and I can’t get anyone to talk to me. This is ridiculous.
