Starbucks - Roseville

Sam is an absolute sweetheart and he is the glue that holds that place together. I’ll drive out of my way just to see him on some mornings. I’m wondering though why has the place been closed the last couple of mornings I tried to go there? My assumption is that there is a staffing shortage, which is unfortunate because I imagine that the current employees are being stretched thin as a result. I hope this is resolved soon, as I truly do love this store and I don’t want to be forced into finding a new one that is guaranteed to be open during advertised hours. TLDR Give Sam a raise. He’s a gem. But treat your team better by ensuring there’s enough staff to cover the morning rush.

Food and coffee is usually good but they lock the door all the time to force you through the drive thru also they don’t even put a sign on the door they just lock it and ignore you when you’re at the door. Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3
