I still don't understand why they keep messing up the orders, not only that but they keep forgetting certain items with the sandwiches. They need to be retrained and know how to count properly. This was the 4th time and the last time. I STRONGLY suggest to go to a different one, I already contacted the company and haven't received anything from them. So this just tells you how management runs this place. Go to a different Sandwich place.
The owner of this business must pay attention and have more employees, but you can have only one person at lunchtime, all of us diners wait a long time and returning to our jobs is a priority
I haven’t been to Subway in a few years. I came here and I got the Mexicali sandwich and it was delicious. I thought it was nice that the employee who was serving me cut the avocado right in front of me.
Used to never have a problem here but this time went on an evening Thursday, cashier finished with a customer paying but she never acknowledged me. Finally she came to where I was standing, but she past me without saying anything then went in the back and never came out. It was too long to wait, and I almost tripped on the box of the other staff putting snacks on the shelf. Came to another subway location and the staff service was much different she helped me toasted my bread, another customer came in and she started doing another sandwich right away. It's the difference of hiring a staff that's efficient and being able to sell more sandwich and that's the type of talent you need to look for when hiring.
