We went to Carbone 's Prime to celebrate our anniversary. Zack was our server and was spot on! From his timing to check on us at the table, to his attentiveness to realize our water glass was low and filling it without us knowing he was there. We ended up having to leave due to an emergency early on in our night. I told Either the food runner or buss boy in Zack 's section that we had to leave immediately and next thing you know Zack said food will be out shortly (which it was)!!! Mark the manager took my card to help expedite the situation, but more importantly he/they cared more about our well-being. What a really Genuine group of people! Thank you.
