Mountain Top Grill - Rockwood

We should've listened to the reviews, but we missed the Rockwood exit and we were starving, so we gave it a try. BIG MISTAKE! There was maybe three tables of folks in the whole place, we chose to sit at the bar. My fiancé got a beer that would never be refilled cause the bartender was too busy sitting outside on her phone, smoking cigarettes. It took 49 minutes to get our food and the appetizer came out with our meal. When my fiancé ask what the deal was with our food and why his beer was never refilled, he was told cause they're busy?! We looked around and wondered where all these imaginary customers were cause literally the place was empty. The food was not good, the place was nasty and the bartender was horrible!

New owners and great service. Worth a stop. In back of RV sales. Very large building.

This is part one of a review as we had a little food beverage then went down to check out boats and campers. Alyssa was on duty and greeted us with a smile. Its the second time she has served a group I have brought in and both times she was 5 star. Not always easy when your breaking news about the bar being out of something or not having something a patron desires.... But... She softened the blow, we adjusted and enjoyed our wings and pork sandwich before heading downstairs.

Pretty poor service. Hardly anyone in the restaurant and hamburger steak and mashed potatoes took over 40 minute to prepare. Restaurant is noisy and tv above the fireplace was playing cartoons.

Absolutely the worst service and food I have had since I moved to Tennessee!!! Second time here and service is missing completely!! 45 minutes to get a beer!! Don't waste your money or time on this Dump!!! Worst
