Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Rockville

THE MANAGER IS SO RUDE. RUDE TO CUSTOMERS AND RUDE TO EMPLOYEES. I walked in and she gave me the nastiest look and attitude and then proceeded to speak so disrespectfully in spanish to her employees.

This restaurant does not make good smoothies. I bought the detox island green smoothie and noticed that it tasted like water. The lady who served me had poor customer service manners and was rude. Despite thanking her, she did not respond. I was very disappointed.

I Needed some chicken from a neighbor store to be reheated in the microwave. The girl was happy to accommodate me. Thank you for your service.

If I could, I would give this place a zero rating. The staff is lazy and incredibly rude to customers. I would prefer to drive to a restaurant that is further away.

I always order through the app and it's always convenient! I can quickly grab my smoothie and go. I really enjoy this location, as they make my smoothie exactly the way I prefer it and it's never watered down. Every visit to this location has been positive. Thank you.
