False advertisement with what showed on the menu and the guy answering the phone said bring the food back if it wasn't right what we ask for and we did what was on the paper menu is not what he gave us so we ask can he redo our food cause it was cold and he started being rude saying NO and he acted prejudice toward us because a lady inside who heard what was going on said it was false advertisement what was being showed on there menu and the man who answer the phone was mad cause he wanted us to keep the cold food and the bread we didn't ask for I know he wasn't a pleasant person of customer service they choose who they want to do business with because who we wasn't the right ones but he have to deal with us because we keep his business going with our money I hate people have to act so prejudice so much but they want us to spend money

I got the seafood boil bag with eggs shrimp hot sauce crabs corn and potatoes it was very good though I believe the sauce could be more flavorful but it was deliciousKid-friendliness: Kid friendly beverages different spice levels and small kids menu:

Third time coming...first 2 times were great! Atmosphere was popping. Now...dead! Waitress was horrible with attitude. Waited over 20 mins for food. Sides were mixed up in the boil, ordered rice and slaw. Didn't get that. Had to ask the hostess to get it. had to fix the sides in boil myself cuz the waitress wasn't interested in doing so. Food was lukewarm n over cooked. Tasted reheated! Boil sauce flat! No seasoning! When food was delivered I asked for a refill on my son's drink. Had to ask 2 more times! Finally after him drinking most of mine she brought it at the end of the meal. Then had to wait almost another 15-20 mins to get bags to wrap up our meal n check. Never have I left less than 20 percent but dam was lucky she got 15! I'm so disappointed in this place! $100 bill for poor service, horrible food and horrible atmosphere! Only thing great was the hostess!! She was great...seems to be the only one that knows how to work in a restaurant! Will not be coming back!

Crab legs had so little meat in them, most of the clam shells were empty, shrimp was and lobster tail cooked just

My wife took me here for my birthday dinner on a Saturday night. The service was excellent and the food was even better! We ordered dinner #4, I believe. 1 lb snow crab legs, 1 lb shrimp, 1 lb crayfish, 1/2 lb sausage, along with potatoes and sweetcorn. There were probably 6 seasonings to choose from and 6 heat levels. We chose medium heat Crabhouse Cajun seasoning. We didn't plan on eating it all, but it was so amazing that the two of us nearly polished the entire platter off. If you don't mind messy, you won't find a better dining experience. We're going back very soon.
