Mcdonald's - Rock Island

Food is always great. Service is decent. (I have only been here in the mornings, so I can’t comment on the store after breakfast hours Store never feels 100% clean but it never feels dirty either. I don’t eat in at this location but they definitely change out their grease often and when I ask for special requests (no onion, well done bacon, etc. my requests are always done properly. Stopping here in the mornings has become a several time a week habit now. Bathrooms are also relatively clean. Overall great store. I often see an older man in street clothes there and although he doesn’t wear a name tag you can tell he’s probably someone high up, manager or owner of some sort. This man often times will be taking orders, helping fill orders, etc. so whoever he is, he isn’t too big to remember how to run the register and make French fries. Nowadays it’s rare to see an owner working next to his employees. He is always very nice to customers and employees, same with the staff. What a difference it makes in employee and customer satisfaction to have a boss who will actually help their crews when needed. Wish I knew his name to fully review but I can say that I think he is the difference in this stores’ success.

At the McDonald's on 30th Street in Rock Island the drive-thru is always quick fast when your In a hurry and is always hot to go the in-house lobby is always clean with a nice fast food you're able to relax and enjoy your meal my favorite is the double cheeseburger and a large fry . The lobby is always clean and so are the bathrooms and the staff is always willing to help they also have a kiosk if you don't feel like talking to anybody .Then put your order in on a computer in the middle of thelobby I personally am very picky about where I eat this place I give 5 Stars ..So come on and go to the drive-thru or come into the lobby at the 30th Street McDonald's in Rock Island Sincerely John L Keiffer

Nice McDonald location. Clean restaurant and staff that actually cared.

As we are all in a hurry these days we swung in and picked up a couple of sandwiches and drinks to get us by until dinner. Food was OK, but if you ask for no ketchup they only put ketchup on it and that has happened many times, it was warm and brings back memories of younger years when we ate this more often. We were pleased with the food and the workers were polite and efficient.

I love the landscapes they have done with the arches in the flowers of the wells in the drive thru. Adds a nice touch! And the workers are always polite.
