Bidrage med feedbackWas not long in boston market. they have red series nuggets so I thought I would give them a try. service person who took our order was friendly, but they could say he was new. the rest of the staff did not seem as if they wanted to be at work. we were served immediately. that the sides were not in front when they were before, so they had no opportunity to know what they had and they had not much. what they had was, like, sick house dinner. the nuggets were sub par. dry. small chicken pieces, no nuggets. not like the image in the restaurant. if boston market nuggets will serve, they need to do better. the maisbrot was not as good as I remember, and what about 1 side with a meal? it used to be 2. the container is for two and the menu board in restaurant says 2. When it has been changed, the containers and the signs must be changed. the atmosphere it was so cold in the restaurant. it was like they didn't heat anymore. we kept our weights at dinner.
Erin is an excellent manager in this business, very professional and accommodating. it focuses customer satisfaction on highest priority. always an excellent meal at a reasonable price. a very well managed business and he is a model for her employees. plan to use this restaurant as my dinner destination. keep the good work, erin and crew!!!
The hours are wrong. I drove with the desire to get food 9:10PM and the place was closed and dark. I decided to give them two more chances. in both cases they failed wrong. I drove to the auto-dru loudspeaker and in both cases on separate days and separate times I waited for over 3 minutes to my order in and nobody was there. two separate times! No one came to say that they were with me in a minute, nothing. So I drove away and got kfc.
We loved it here. Today the drink machine was all grounded, false drinks under false names. my brokkoli was cold. the bathrooms were rough, no toilet paper and smells. the workers were pleasant.
Update: just about a month after, still no refund even after finally talking to a store manager.Did an online order almost 2 weeks ago. We went to pick up the food to be told they don't have some of what we ordered. We still were charged for the food we did not receive. The manager told us he would refund us for the food we did not receive. I have called a few times about the refund, but have yet to get a call back. Here we sit 2 weeks later and still no refund.
